REVIEW OF PATRIARCHS - PART 1
At the start of the Patriarchs, God took the decendants of Shem (one of Noah's sons in the Holy Family with which God covenanted after the flood) and formed them into One Holy Tribe through Abraham and sealed their relationship with the sign of circumcision. In His covenant, God promised three things to Abraham and his descendants: land, a kingdoem, and that they would be a worldwide blessing. From this point on, we will be looking for the fulfillment of those promises.
